Travis Kelce Invests in Casa Azul Tequila Soda

Casa Azul today announced that Travis Kelce, the NFL Tight End Champion, will be joining the company as its new investor. As he prepares to make his third appearance at the championship, Kelce made this investment for the first time in the rapidly expanding RTD market.

“Not only do I know how to get wins on the board, I also like to make sure everyone is having a good time anywhere I go,” said Kelce. “I’m excited to turn up and announce my investment in Casa Azul Tequila Soda. To all the other hard seltzer brands out there, know your role and shut your mouth!”

Casa Azul Tequila Soda was founded by Lance Collins, a serial entrepreneur in the beverage business. It is available online as well as at retail stores in California, Texas and Florida.

This brand is different from other canned beverages because it uses real spirits and not malt liquor. It has a simple ingredient listing that includes sparkling water and Casa Azul Tequila as well as natural fruit flavors and agave nectar.

“Travis is one of the best players in the league, and he’s also an influencer off the field in media and lifestyle,” said Collins. “Kelce’s investment in Casa Azul Tequila Soda will help introduce our RTD beverages to a new audience of sports fans who are seeking the best of both worlds — the real spirits and flavor found in canned cocktails, but with the low calories and low carbs of hard seltzers.”

Casa Azul Tequila Soda comes in an 8-pack that includes the following flavors: Lime Margarita Strawberry Margarita, Peach Mango, and Watermelon. It also comes in single-flavor 4-packs. Ingredient differences include genuine Tequila from Jalisco Mexico. It contains 0-1 g of carbohydrates and 100 calories per can. There is also 5% alcohol.
