Alpine and Otro Capital have received a major boost with the inclusion of renowned sports stars as new strategic investors in their €200 million fund. Notable figures like Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Rory McIlroy, and Anthony Joshua have joined the venture.
Otto Capital is expanding its pool of prestigious investors within Alpine, which already featured influential names such as RedBird Capital Partners, Maximum Effort Investments, and actor Ryan Reynolds. Their previous investment of €200 million had secured a 24% stake in the French racing team.
The latest influx of investors involves world-class athletes, including Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce from the Kansas City Chiefs, renowned golfer Rory McIlroy, former Heavyweight champion boxer Anthony Joshua, and Liverpool footballer Trent Alexander-Arnold.
