The Edit LDN, a sneaker platform, has welcomed two celebrity investors, England and Aston Villa footballer Ollie Watkins and sports presenter Josh Denzel.
Both investors will work with The Edit to promote the brand, enhance innovation, and expand opportunities. Watkins will focus on styling, while Denzel will handle behind-the-scenes footage.
The Edit LDN, founded in 2020, aims to improve the purchasing experience for high-end products and operates both a sneaker and sports-related marketplace and a pre-loved model.
The platform secured $4.8 million in a seed funding round in January 2023 to support its expansion plans in the US, Middle East, and North Africa.
