Through this deal, Oak View Group will take over the operation and ownership of Stadium Club facilities located at renowned universities nationwide, aiming to deliver superior premium experiences and exclusive services for members. The existing management and staff at these clubs are set to continue in their roles. Furthermore, a long-term collaborative agreement between Oak View Group and Invited promises to enrich membership perks and create distinct, memorable experiences for members of both Invited and OVG’s clubs.
The Stadium Club locations involved in this transaction are: Arizona Sands Club at Arizona Stadium, Baylor Club at McLane Stadium, Ken Garff University Club at Rice-Eccles Stadium, The Texas Tech Club at Jones AT&T Stadium, University Club of Virginia Tech at Lane Stadium, The Carolina Club at George Watts Hill Alumni Center.
