The Players’ Lounge was launched in 2022 and has since partnered with over 250 student-athletes. This partnership has generated more than $1.4MM in revenue through content, digital assets and real-life experiences.
The company is ready for big things in 2023, thanks to the support of John Brenkus and Tim Draper.
Keith Marshall (CEO), and Aaron Murray (President), are former student-athletes who have worked together at the University of Georgia. They bring experience in strategy consulting, programming, broadcast media, and start-ups.
They are working together with The Players’ Lounge to disrupt the traditional value chain for collegiate sports and entertainment. This will allow them to redefine the fan experience for players and fans.
Karen Robinson, a business mogul from Atlanta fell in love with Keith’s vision after meeting him at a conference. She joined the company as an advisor.
She recommended the company raise capital because of her vast experience and network. She also helped to introduce Tim Draper to The Players’ Lounge. Draper Associates, Tim’s fund, made a capital contribution in November to The Players Lounge.
NIL continues to grow and is anticipated to reach a $10 billion market over the next few years.
