The Texas Ranchers, a founding team of Major League Pickleball (MLP), has announced a new ownership group comprised of prominent figures from various fields. The group includes more than 30 owners, such as top-ranked golfer Scottie Scheffler, country music star Zach Bryan, entertainment industry professionals, sports players, legal experts, and business leaders.
Notable members of the ownership group include Scottie Scheffler, Zach Bryan, entertainment managers Danny Kang and Stefan Max, United Talent Agency partner Mike G, legal expert Kenny Meisalas, NFL players Micah Parsons, C.J. Stroud, Myles Garrett, and Bijan Robinson, tennis player Taylor Fritz, sports agent David Mulugheta, radio personality Bobby Bones, designer Kendra Scott, Raising Cane’s founder Todd Graves, marketing group Get Engaged Media’s co-founders Cam Fordham, Alex Dermer, and Ben Hiott, as well as brand amplifiers Ken Hertz and Liz Heller from Hollywood.

The Texas Ranchers team and its ownership group have a strong commitment to making a positive difference in both the sport of pickleball and the community. They plan to achieve this through various initiatives such as environmentally conscious merchandise, revitalizing urban spaces with pickleball courts, and engaging in matches at cultural events to introduce the sport to new audiences.
The new owners, including notable figures from various fields, have joined the founder and early investors to collectively contribute to the growth and impact of the Texas Ranchers team. In addition to owning and operating the franchise, the Texas Ranchers also hold equity stakes in MLP and DUPR, a comprehensive global rating system for pickleball players.
