Derek Carr and Alex Smith Invest in OOFOS Recovery Footwear

OOFOS is a global leader in active recovery footwear and one of the fastest-growing footwear companies that announced some athlete investments.

Dawn Staley, a professional basketball coach, and Derek Carr, a professional football quarterback, led a recent growth investment round. Former NFL QB Alex Smith also joined the round.

This investment round follows the announcement by Carr, a multi-year ambassador and business partner, that he will be moving from the Las Vegas Raiders as QB1 to the New Orleans Saints.

Carr, Smith, and Staley are long-time fans of the brand, as well as loyal users of the product. This investment round further shows their trust in OOFOS as the market leader in active recovery footwear.

“I have been wearing OOFOS for several years and have never had footwear maximize my recovery time while away from the field-of-play like OOFOS,” says Carr. “I’m confident in the brand and its ability to get me to the next level in my sport, especially during my newest career move to New Orleans. I’m proud to invest in the company’s future for other athletes.”
