BDA Acquires The Great Branding Company

Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, LLC (BDA), a global leader in Merchandise Agency™ services and a key partner for major sports leagues and teams such as Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, the National Hockey League, FIFA, Manchester United, Arsenal, and the French Football Federation, has announced the acquisition of The Great Branding Company, a prominent UK-based provider of sports, events, and promotional products. This acquisition enhances BDA’s presence in EMEA by bolstering its sports portfolio and expanding retail services for both new and existing clients. This follows BDA’s acquisition of Germany-based ipm I gruppe last year, further solidifying its European sales and distribution network.

The Great Branding Company has been a significant player in the European sports merchandise market for over two decades, serving prestigious leagues, sponsors, and clubs such as Manchester City, Inter Milan, and UEFA Champions League finalists Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.
