The partnership brings Arctos’ profound sports industry insights and a robust network of influential connections to support the team’s ongoing growth.
This collaboration, revealed ahead of the Las Vegas Grand Prix, highlights the increasing allure of the Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One® Team, especially amidst Formula One’s unprecedented surge in popularity, particularly in the United States. The investment positions Arctos as a minority shareholder in AMR Holdings GP Limited (“AMR”), the team’s holding company. The transaction is anticipated to conclude by the year’s end. Arctos stands as the sole professional investment platform approved for investments in various franchises across MLB, NBA, MLS, NHL, European football, and other sports.

In the upcoming months, the team will finalize its cutting-edge AMR Technology Campus, featuring a new wind tunnel and additional engineering facilities, crucial milestones in its pursuit of a prominent position on the grid.
