BGF Invests $4.3M in Ticketing Company Eventmaster

Eventmaster has announced that a new investment will significantly boost its growth, with the $4.3 million in funding set to enhance sales and marketing efforts.

Handling ticketing for approximately 3,000 events annually, the company also aims to expand its workforce and broaden its platform’s reach throughout the UK and Ireland.

“This investment from BGF is a pivotal moment for us,” said Eventmaster CEO John Cleary.

Founded in Limerick, Ireland, in 2017, Eventmaster offers ticketing technology for events such as the Dublin Marathon, Cork City Marathon, Ring of Beara Cycle, and the Tour de Connemara.

As part of the investment agreement, Fergal Mooney and Joe Higgins will join the board as non-executive chairman and director, respectively.
